R&B newcomer prepares for August 17 debut

(ATLANTA) July 15, 2010 – R&B songstress/Internet sensation, Dondria, has been added to the Passion, Pain & Pleasure Tour headlined by Trey Songz and Monica, So So Def Recordings announced today. Dondria will be the featured opening act on the tour, which kicks off August 6 in Mobile, AL.

The Dallas native has been busy gearing up for the August 17 release of her debut album Dondria vs. Phatfffat (So So Def/Malaco). She performed on the BET Awards Pre-Show and the ASCAP Awards in June, and has been booked for various summer concerts across the country.

“You’re the One,” her first Top 10 single and #1 video on “106 & Park,” is being followed by “Shawty Wus Up” feat Johnta Austin and Diamond. The video for that single premieres July 18 on MTV Jams, which Dondria will host for the entire week.
